Public Art & Ecology Event Dates Announced
by Public Art & Ecology AIRs - Space Saloon

Imagine Iowa Great Lakes and the Iowa Lakeside Lab invite you to a series of public events produced as a result of the inaugural Public Art and Ecology Residency. Come experience data collected from around the lakes presented in new and interactive ways.

This summer, the artist collective Space Saloon observed the region’s landscapes and diverse ecosystems. Their reactions and results will be on display in the form of interactive sculptures, situated installations and performative experiences, encouraging an engagement with the physical and invisible ecologies found within Northwest Iowa. These temporary public events take place during the first two weeks of August and are open to all.
