AIR Application

2024 Residencies are for 2 or 4 weeks between mid-May and August. Arrival dates are Sunday afternoon, and departure dates are Saturday morning.

Included in the residency is housing, 3 meals a day, and studio space.

Open to artists working in any medium.

Writers and poets are encouraged to apply for the Iowa Lakeside Lab Writers-in-Residence program

Preference is given to artists whose work engages with ecology, science, and nature in unique and collaborative ways.
Accepted artists are responsible for getting to the Lab and bringing their own tools and supplies.
